Medical Clinical rotation for Imgs

For Medical Clinical rotation for Imgs, you will be required to complete a clinical rotation in order to obtain your ECFMG certification. A clinical rotation is a set period of time (usually 3-4 months) during which you will work in a healthcare setting under the supervision of a licensed physician.

There are many different types of clinical rotations, but the most common for img students are:

Family medicine
Internal medicine
Pediatrics
Obstetrics and gynecology
Surgery

You will usually be able to choose which rotation you would like to do, but sometimes the choice will be made for you based on the availability of positions.

Once you have been placed in a rotation, you will be expected to work full-time (40 hours per week). Your hours will vary depending on the rotation, but you can expect to work some evenings and weekends.

During your clinical rotation, you will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting with procedures, and performing rounds with the attending physician. You will also be expected to keep accurate patient records and participate in educational activities.

The clinical rotation is an important part of your img training, and it will give you the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills you have learned. It is also a great way to network and make contacts in the medical field.

My Clinical Rotations USA Experience

I had the wonderful opportunity to complete my Clinical Rotations USA. I was placed at a top hospital in New York City, and it was truly an amazing experience. I was able to learn so much and gain invaluable experience.

The clinical externship was very demanding, but it was also very rewarding. I worked long hours but I was able to see firsthand how much of a difference I could make in the lives of my patients. I am so grateful for the experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a career in healthcare.
